How do I see the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply log into your account and click on "Order History".
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation, possibly with a tracking number. This allows you to track the current status of your delivery online.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, we understand how important it is to present special gifts attractively.
However, we would like to inform you that we are working on offering the gift wrapping option in the future. We plan to integrate this feature into our ordering process so that you have the option to have your products gift wrapped.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can also order individual products, depending on your needs and preferences.
Do you offer samples of your products?
Yes, we typically offer samples of our products which we occasionally include with your orders for you to try out. However, please note that samples may vary depending on availability and product offerings.
Are your products suitable for certain skin types?
Our products are designed for different skin types. On the product pages you will find detailed information about the properties and application recommendations to help you choose according to your skin type.
How long do your products last?
The shelf life of our products varies depending on the product and batch number. You will usually find the symbol of an opened cream jar on the packaging with a number that indicates the shelf life after opening (e.g. 6M for 6 months). Please note the individual instructions on the product packaging.
How can I contact customer service?
Our customer service is at your disposal. You can contact us by email, phone or via the contact form on our website. We will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer discounts or special promotions?
Yes, we regularly offer discounts and special promotions. Look out for our offers on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to be informed about current promotions.

Do you also ship outside of Germany?
We currently only ship our products within Germany. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping to other countries in order to be able to serve customers worldwide.
Expanding shipping outside of Germany is an important step for us that needs to be carefully planned and implemented to ensure smooth operations and reliable delivery. We want to ensure that we can offer our customers the best possible service even outside of Germany.
We would therefore like to ask you to be patient. As soon as shipping to other countries is available, we will communicate this on our website and in our online shop. You can rest assured that we are working on being available to our customers outside of Germany in the near future.
In the meantime, we would like to thank you for your interest in our products and remain at your disposal should you have any further questions or require information about alternative shipping options.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time for your order is usually 2-3 working days. However, please note that sometimes it can be a little quicker or, in rare cases, take a little longer, depending on the current workload of our shipping partners.
We work closely with reliable shipping providers to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us, possibly with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

What are your return policies?
We would like to assure you that we are committed to fair and transparent return conditions within the framework of the legal provisions. As a customer, you can be confident that you can return the product you ordered within the legal return period.
According to the legal regulations, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods to us. Please note that the return costs are usually borne by you as the customer.
To make the return process as smooth as possible, you can contact our customer service team before returning the item. Our team will be happy to provide further instructions and assist you with any questions or issues.

What is your shipping policy during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Sveea is currently operating at our standard shipping times, but due to high order volume and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders or refund shipping charges after an order has been processed, left our warehouse, or is in carrier possession.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm (CET) are usually dispatched the same day.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will usually be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
How can I pay my order?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. Simply select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
Can you save my bank details?
Not at all! We never have access to this information. It is processed exclusively by the respective payment provider or institution. Your data is absolutely safe.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, if you create an account, you can, for example, save your shipping information or view your order history. In the near future, the account page will be expanded to include other useful features.
How can I reset my password?
You can request a new password by clicking here and selecting "I forgot my password" where you will be asked to enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
